The Office of Urban Analytics and Innovation at the City of Cleveland launched a new internal process improvement initiative. I developed a visual identity that distinguishes the program while aligning with the City’s brand standards. The design helped establish credibility, fostering trust and organizational buy-in. By adopting a more approachable tone — including lowercase typography and vibrant colors from the secondary palette — the branding feels energetic, informal, and accessible, setting it apart from traditional City communications.
